Your role will significantly amplify the impact and value of HR at Blueprint by proactively organizing and expertly cultivating relationships across our global operations and with external partners. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer and assisting the Human Resources leadership team, you will play a key role in executing our HR strategy, advancing HR initiatives, and supporting our business goals. Your outstanding collaboration, strategic assistance, and organizational prowess will be instrumental in boosting the effectiveness and efficiency of our Human Resource leaders and the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic partner by managing complex schedules for senior leaders and anticipating the needs of the Chief People Officer and other senior HR executives.
  • Efficiently coordinate executive calendars to ensure seamless scheduling of internal and external meetings, aligning priorities with meeting requests to optimize workflow.
  • Act as the central resource for the HR department by organizing and centralizing documentation for easy access while ensuring the secure handling of sensitive materials.
  • Represent the Human Resources function and Blueprint Medicines, embodying the organization’s values in all communications and interactions.
  • Plan and execute high-impact projects, including presentations, events, and team activities.
  • Consolidate data from various stakeholders into organized information packages for senior leadership meetings, ensuring thorough preparation.
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes, maintaining comprehensive trackers for post-meeting actions.
  • Collaborate across functions to manage purchase orders, contracts, and invoices while liaising with external vendors.
  • Ensure timely initiation of expense reports, connecting expenses to budget guidelines and implementing tracking systems for financial accuracy.
  • Strategically plan travel itineraries and manage all logistics, including visas and documentation.
  • Utilize critical thinking to connect information across teams, offering innovative solutions to enhance team performance.
  • Independently manage projects with discretion and practical judgment, leveraging a deep understanding of the company.
  • Participate actively in Administrative Team meetings, contributing to discussions and collaborating on HR initiatives.
  • Demonstrate adaptability by supporting various company initiatives and projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in video conferencing tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Human Resources and familiarity with HR programs.
  • Proactive self-starter with a talent for building relationships and driving collaboration.
  • Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
