We are currently looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join our Crisis Recovery Unit. The work schedule is Monday through Friday during daytime hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enters and retrieves client information from the HMS system.
- Manages inventory for office and program supplies.
- Handles general office filing tasks.
- Completes billing requirements for clients.
- Assists staff with the intake and discharge processes for clients, as well as special projects and staff meetings as needed.
- Expected to perform tasks within broad guidelines, demonstrating initiative and independence.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining spreadsheets and databases related to client fees, authorizations, and clinic productivity as assigned by the Program Director.
- Addresses all CFS issues, including report errors and eligibility discrepancies.
- Supports leadership in ensuring timely and accurate payroll and billing submissions to Administration.
- Receives daily direction and collaborates with the Program Coordinator, Director of Nursing, Program Director, and site staff.
- Performs general clerical duties for the clinic as assigned by the Program Coordinator, Director of Nursing, or Program Director.
- Assists the CSR Supervisor with monthly administrative audits.
- Coordinates work orders with the Purchasing/Facilities department for the site.
- Acts as the Safety Officer for the site, providing safety training and ensuring timely completion of inspections and drills.
- Conducts necessary shopping for supplies or equipment.
- Handles phone calls and appropriately forwards messages.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. is required.
- Completion of a Medical Assistant training program is preferred; certification as a Medical Assistant is highly desirable.
- Prior clerical and/or customer service experience is required, preferably in a behavioral health environment. Relevant coursework may be considered in lieu of some experience.
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle screening for insurance purposes to transport clients as needed.
- Personal auto insurance must be maintained in accordance with organizational guidelines.
