The Sales Coordinator is a vital partner to our domestic Sales team, driving efficiency and growth by providing comprehensive administrative and strategic support. As a proactive contributor, you will develop essential sales materials, craft compelling presentations, and conduct ongoing market research to empower our sellers and generate increased demand for GumGum's products.

In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with sellers and sales leaders, acting as a catalyst for smooth operations and revenue generation. Your expertise will be instrumental in equipping the team with the tools and insights needed to successfully prospect, close deals, and exceed targets.

This role reports to SVP, West & Midwest and supports the sales teams.

Note: GumGum fosters a flexible work environment, offering GumGummers the ability to work either in-office or remotely/from home. However, for occasional in-person collaboration, we kindly ask that this position be located within a 'commutable' distance to our office.

What You'll Achieve

Sales Support

  • Data & Reporting: Gather and organize sales data for presentations and reports.
  • Presentation Preparation: Create visually engaging sales decks for meetings and client presentations.
  • Deck Creation: Support sales leaders' projects with focus on new accounts, ARPD, win rates, and brand direct.
  • Bi-Weekly Decks: Pull numbers, make slides, track meetings, and coordinate with teams.
  • Prospecting: Identify potential clients and craft targeted outreach materials, including simple mocks and one sheets.
  • LinkedIn Meetings: Run quarterly meetings with sellers to identify new prospects.
  • Trend and Research Slides: Create slides to help sellers drive new business.

Communication Liaison

  • Team Coordinator: Facilitate effective communication between sales team, clients, and internal teams.
  • Sales Meeting Support: Send meeting recaps, follow-up emails, and maintain clear communication channels.
  • Meeting Notes: Take and recap notes for Bi-Weekly Pipeline and Holding Co Partnership meetings.

Market Research & Data Management

  • News & Trend Tracking: Research and share industry news and trends.
  • Client Support: Compile competitor data, content categories, and other research for client meetings.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other systems.

Additional Support

  • Event Coordination: Assist with planning and logistics of sales events and conferences.
  • Marketing Support: Provide assistance with marketing initiatives.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties to support the team's success.

Skills You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1 year in a sales or marketing environment within tech, advertising, or agency industries preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Interested in the digital advertising industry
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Eagerness to learn, proactive, and customer-service oriented

What We Offer

At GumGum, competitive base pay is a part of a total rewards package which also includes benefits, an emphasis on recognition, development, and wellness. The reasonable estimated base pay range for this role is from ($55,000 - $61,000) annually. The actual amount may be higher or lower. Individual compensation will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant qualifications, work location, and labor market conditions.

The total rewards package offered also includes an employer-matched 401(k) retirement plan, and depending on the role, participation in a bonus, commission, or stock incentive program.
