Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team at JOANN Stores. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Greet every customer with a smile and use the F.A.S.T. service model to meet their needs. Engage in friendly conversation with customers about their projects while serving them at the cutting counter, cash register, and sales floor.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately. Utilize product knowledge to drive sales and suggest services to customers. Maintain a high level of productivity and attention to detail when stocking shelves and recovering merchandise.
  • Store Operations: Assist the Store Management team with leading the store team members, observing and coaching individuals, and performing operational duties such as opening and closing the store. Ensure store compliance and find creative ways to drive the business.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience in a customer-centric environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
