Position Overview:


The Human Resources Coordinator plays a pivotal role within the operations team, serving as a versatile resource capable of adapting to and executing a variety of tasks as required.

This individual thrives on problem-solving and is passionate about implementing operational efficiencies that create a supportive foundation for our consultants to excel.

Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and promotion processes.
- Manage logistical elements of employee training, including scheduling, communication, and participant enrollment.
- Process employee updates such as address changes, benefits modifications, and name changes.
Talent Acquisition and Retention:
- Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference and background checks.
- Assist with performance management initiatives.
- Lead recognition programs for performance and retention.
- Support mentoring, cohort, and firm contribution initiatives.
Facilities and Supplies Management:
- Sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Manage and order office and kitchen supplies.
- Oversee conference and team room spaces.
- Maintain day-to-day vendor relationships (supplies, kitchen items, copier/scanner, building maintenance, etc.).
Event Planning and Executive Support:
- Coordinate quarterly company meetings.
- Assist with periodic company social events.
IT Management:
- Manage and maintain specific aspects of IT inventory and processes.
- Collaborate with IT services vendors to resolve staff IT helpdesk tickets and general IT issues.
Customer Service:
- Answer phone inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Respond to general information requests promptly and accurately.

We believe a successful Human Resources Coordinator will possess:

- A BA/BS degree with a solid academic foundation.
- 1-3 years of experience in office administration, HR, or operations support.
- The ability to effectively collaborate on projects with tight deadlines in a team setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to share and synthesize knowledge.
- A proactive attitude and a desire to take ownership of project work and professional growth.
- Familiarity with business concepts.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet and presentation software.
- An interest in working with public sector clients, operations, HR, and recruiting.

Work Environment:
Censeo Consulting Group operates in a hybrid model, allowing our staff to work remotely while regularly collaborating with the team in the office.

Our office is strategically located in downtown D.C., providing convenient access to many of our clients.

This role is a full-time in-office position with some flexibility for occasional remote work.


Compensation and Benefits:
The expected salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 annually.
