POSITION SUMMARY
As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing various human resources functions, ensuring compliance and efficiency in all HR-related activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. **Recruitment Coordination**: Collaborate with recruitment agencies and manage job postings. Oversee the application process, including screening candidates and arranging interviews.
2. **Onboarding Process**: Facilitate the onboarding of new employees by preparing necessary documentation, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
3. **Payroll Management**: Administer the payroll process, including salary disbursements, tax compliance, and leave management, while maintaining accurate records.
4. **Employee Relations**: Address inquiries from associates and provide support regarding HR policies and benefits.
5. **Compliance and Reporting**: Prepare and maintain reports related to headcount, turnover, and attendance, ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
Manage documentation related to employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans. Organize and maintain official company records and manage correspondence.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Associate Degree or higher.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HR roles, with a focus on payroll and compliance.
Skills: Proficient in HR practices, with strong knowledge of labor laws. Bilingual in Japanese (native) and English (business level) is required. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
