**About the Role**

As a key member of our team at ProActivate, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion in the Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) industry. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the business priorities of our clients and effectively communicate how our modeling software solutions align with and address those priorities, delivering measurable and impactful business outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities to increase penetration within the existing customer base and net new business opportunities.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities and nurture existing accounts to meet revenue expectations.
  • Lead multi-year contract negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial agreements for sustained growth.
  • Utilize social selling tools to prospect and expand our client base.

**What We Offer**

  • Competitive base salary of 70 EUR.
  • Variable bonus of 30 EUR Guaranteed (to help bridge during training & ramp-up period).
