Key Responsibilities:

As a Pricing Strategy Manager, your contributions will be pivotal. You will oversee the analytical components of projects while closely collaborating with client teams to implement our strategic recommendations. We seek individuals who exhibit strong analytical abilities, emotional intelligence, and business insight.

Client Engagement:

  • Establish and nurture productive relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Ensure the quality of client-facing materials, including data analyses and deliverables, adhering to established processes and templates.
  • Effectively prioritize and complete all assigned project tasks within designated timelines, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Utilize analytical models and pivot tables during client interactions.
  • Present findings in internal working sessions and directly to clients.
  • Conduct ad-hoc data queries and analyses using Excel or other analytical tools.
  • Employ active listening and questioning techniques to fully understand client challenges.

Analytical Expertise:

  • Analyze and interpret data trends and diagnostic results to clearly communicate business opportunities.
  • Design and develop analytical models with minimal oversight.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in essential analytical tools (e.g., DRIVE, Excel, Power Pivot) to deliver project insights.
  • Proactively oversee the quality of deliverables.
  • Articulate compelling arguments supported by data and facts.
  • Review and validate work completed by Business Analysts to ensure accuracy and quality.

Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Adopt a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Identify potential solutions and provide informed recommendations.
  • Exhibit creativity in developing innovative solutions.
  • Communicate status updates, risks, and issues that may affect project quality or timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • A minimum of seven years of relevant experience in B2B manufacturing and/or distribution sectors.
  • Prior experience in a consulting environment is advantageous.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing and sales teams is beneficial.
  • Proficient in various software applications, particularly the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.

Travel Requirements: Anticipate travel of approximately 30%, with potential increases up to 50%, which may include international travel.
