About The Role:


The Northeast Regional Sales Leader will report directly to the VP of Sales, East, and will be tasked with recruiting, mentoring, and enhancing the performance of a dedicated enterprise sales team.

This role will focus on expanding client acquisition, retention, and increasing share of wallet.

As the Northeast Regional Sales Leader, you will ensure that the appropriate personnel and processes are established to achieve both short-term and long-term business objectives.

You will collaborate closely with marketing and leadership to devise and implement strategies and initiatives.

In this position, you will be expected to work in our NYC office one day a week and participate in various in-person meetings throughout the week across the Northeast.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead and develop a team of Account Executives across the Northeastern Region, encompassing states such as ME, MA, MD, NY, NJ, CT, NH, VT, RI, PA, DE, and NE.

Drive growth in the target market through new client acquisition and expanding wallet share with existing customers.
Inspire and coach Account Executives.
Formulate and execute sales strategies.
Assist Account Executives in crafting strategic account plans.
Oversee accurate management of the sales pipeline.
Establish and nurture strong partner relationships.
Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
Complete ongoing security awareness training and adhere to company policies.
Identify and escalate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively participate in remediation efforts.

Strong negotiation and motivational capabilities.
Must be based in the United States.

Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range in New York City for this position is $200,000 - $225,000 base, plus opportunities for bonus and/or commission. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
