Key Responsibilities:- Formulate and execute comprehensive global analyst engagement strategies and initiatives.

- Oversee analyst interactions, including strategy sessions, briefings, inquiries, meetings, and events.
- Educate analysts on Oracle Health's vision, strategic direction, growth trajectory, and customer success stories.
- Provide strategic insights to product strategy and marketing teams, leveraging feedback from analyst research.
- Collaborate with global and local sales teams to enhance sales enablement through relevant industry analyst resources.
- Partner with public relations, social media, and marketing teams to devise communication strategies surrounding key analyst reports, aiding in field and marketing enablement initiatives.
Qualifications:- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a dedicated Analyst Engagement role within the enterprise software domain, with a preference for direct experience in the healthcare sector.
- Proven experience working with healthcare industry analysts from organizations such as Gartner, IDC, and KLAS.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and project management skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Experience in large global enterprises, with a demonstrated ability to navigate organizational complexities to influence perspectives and drive results across various regions and business units.
Additional Skills:- Established relationships with industry analysts.
- Ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
