A position in Pulmonary Medicine is currently open in a picturesque region of northern Vermont. This role involves engaging in a collaborative care model, working alongside a Physician Assistant, Licensed Nursing Assistant, Registered Nurse, and Medical Secretaries within the Pulmonology department.

Position Overview:

  • Full-time employment opportunity
  • 4 Bed Intensive Care Unit
  • Deliver comprehensive care, encompassing diagnosis, treatment, care coordination, and Bronchoscopy procedures, including EBUS and NAV bronchoscopy.
  • Access to a brand new Servo ventilator and multiple portable LTV ventilators
  • Hospitalists manage all patient admissions with Critical Care consultations as necessary
  • Approximately 65 ventilator days annually.
  • Involvement in a COPD Program, Pulmonary Rehabilitation, a fully equipped Respiratory Care Department, and a well-established Sleep Clinic

Candidate Requirements:

  • MD or DO degree
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pulmonology
  • Excellent opportunity for both new graduates and seasoned professionals
  • Valid Vermont Medical License
  • DEA certification
