Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Remington. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Services
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
- Ensure prompt and professional check-in and check-out processes.
- Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise front office staff, including front desk agents, supervisors, and concierge staff.
- Develop and implement effective staffing plans to meet business needs.
- Operations
- Manage the front office operations, including MICROS system management and daily transactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and engineering departments to ensure seamless guest room operations.
- Problem Solving
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop and implement creative solutions to drive guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Business Development
- Assist the General Manager in driving business growth and revenue.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase guest loyalty and retention.
