Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Remington. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless front office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Relations
    • Anticipate and respond to guest needs, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
    • Greet and communicate with guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Staff Management
    • Supervise and train front office staff, including interviewing, hiring, and scheduling.
    • Ensure proper staffing levels and manage front office operations efficiently.
  • Problem Solving
    • Resolve guest complaints and concerns, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Investigate and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operations
    • Manage and operate the hotel's front office systems, including MICROS and other software.
    • Ensure accurate and efficient daily transactions and reporting.
  • Communication
    • Collaborate with other departments, including Housekeeping and Engineering, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
    • Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management to resolve issues and improve operations.
