Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements to continually elevate the quality of service provided.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience, including promoting hotel amenities and services.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to front office operations.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in front office operations within the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • In-depth understanding of front office procedures, including reservations, check-in/out, and guest services.
  • Capability to analyze guest feedback and implement service improvements.
  • Commitment to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and enhancing the guest experience.
