Position Overview
In collaboration with the Front Office Manager, the Front Office Supervisor oversees and assigns responsibilities to front office personnel while organizing work schedules.
Ensures appropriate room assignments and confirms essential guest details, including payment methods.
Develops weekly rosters, tracks team attendance, and manages the leave calendar.
Supervises all operational areas and recommends enhancements to service standards where applicable.
Organizes regular training sessions focused on courtesy, efficiency, and job knowledge.
Facilitates effective communication and collaboration between the front office and other departments.

Responsible for all night shift duties, ensuring that reports, system checks, and daily operations are executed according to established standards and hotel protocols.

Maintains a high standard of personalized service at the reception through continuous training and motivation of team members.

Works closely with the Housekeeping department to guarantee that the optimal number of rooms are ready and all guest requirements are fulfilled.

Reviews all reservation communications prior to guest arrivals to understand their needs and preferences, updating and correcting information in the system as necessary.

Conducts daily team briefings.
Blocks special room requests and personally verifies them before guest arrivals.
Ensures prompt and attentive service from the front office team at all times.
Addresses and resolves guest complaints while anticipating their needs.
Ensures that guest documents and information are current and accessible.
Qualifications
Previous leadership experience is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications is required.
A degree in a related field is preferred.
Must present a professional appearance.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are necessary.
Highly responsible and dependable.
Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Focus on guest needs while maintaining composure and courtesy at all times.
