Position Overview: Join our esteemed team at Radisson Blu as the next Front Office Operations Supervisor. This luxury downtown property features 334 elegantly designed guest rooms and boasts an impressive 8,000 square feet dedicated to fitness and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in formulating and executing business strategies aligned with the overarching mission and values of Choice Hotels.
  • Oversee front office operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement effective processes for front office, bell stand, parking, and concierge services.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet hotel objectives.
  • Prepare and analyze reports to support informed decision-making and enhance operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures while fostering a culture of employee engagement.
  • Participate in recruitment, training, and performance management of front office staff.
  • Drive initiatives to achieve 100% guest satisfaction through exemplary service standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year in a supervisory or management role within front office operations.
  • Proven management experience with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including reservations and reporting software.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and adherence to hotel policies.
