We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished Director of Front Office to join our team at Horizon Hospitality. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a high-performing Front Office team at a prestigious full-service hotel in a vibrant urban setting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to all guest requests, problems, complaints, and accidents in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing Front Office team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Maximize room revenue and occupancy through daily analysis and strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records, including rate variance and credit reports.

**Requirements:**

  • 3-5 years of experience in front desk or guest services, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience leading a team and driving results-oriented performance.
  • High-end hotel experience (4+ stars) with a strong understanding of luxury hospitality.
  • Branded property experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Local to the Chicago market.
