Job Summary

The Rutland Regional Medical Center seeks an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our medical office staff, you will be responsible for managing complex scheduling systems and ensuring seamless coordination of patient care services.

You will work closely with healthcare professionals to schedule appointments, surgeries, and other medical procedures. Your exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities will enable you to excel in this challenging role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex scheduling systems, including appointment and surgery scheduling.
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of patient care services.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to scheduling challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field desirable.
  • 2 years prior medical office experience required.
  • Prior experience with direct clinical patient contact in fields such as LNA, MA, EMT, or related field or relevant work experience.

Estimated Salary Range: $24-$32 per hour
