Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Support Professional to join our team at Rutland Regional Medical Center. This role is responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support in a fast-paced medical environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for exams and procedures by obtaining vital signs, conducting lab tests, and collecting medical information.
  • Assist healthcare providers with clinical duties such as administering medications, performing phlebotomy, and sterilizing equipment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring timely completion of charting and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • BLS Certification through American Heart Association.
  • Current nationally accredited Medical Assistant Certification/Registered or Current Vermont State LNA License (preferred).
  • 1-2 Years Medical Assistant experience, preferably in physician practice or hospital outpatient services setting.
Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $16.28-$24.17 per hour, based on industry standards and location.
