This role is responsible for coordinating activities, documentation, and information transfer related to scheduling and preparing patients for in-office appointments, surgical procedures, and testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office schedules and act as liaison between relevant offices, departments, external resources, and individuals.
  • Establish patient, provider, facility, and payor needs to arrange a suitable outcome.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and scheduling.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree desirable.
  • 2 years prior medical office experience, or direct clinical patient contact experience (LNA, MA, EMT, etc.) or relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrated strong knowledge of medical terminology, advanced computer skills, Microsoft Office Products, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills.
