Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient scheduling and preparation for in-office appointments, surgical procedures, and related testing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with departmental stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient data entry, documentation, and communication of patient information.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of medical office experience, preferably with direct clinical patient contact.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, CPT/ICD9/ICD10 coding, and HIPAA regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse patient populations.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is approximately $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
