Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our dental business in North America. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the dental market.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales managers and representatives to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the North American market.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer engagement.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in marketing, international trade, or business administration.
  2. 8 years of marketing or sales experience, with 5+ years of sales management experience in the dental industry.
  3. Strong market awareness, adaptability, leadership, and ability to independently develop the market.
  4. Familiarity with international trade workflow, relevant laws and regulations, and commercial guidelines.
  5. Good business negotiation skills, strong interpersonal communication skills, and ability to learn new knowledge and master new information.
  6. Proficient in English, with fluency in Spanish a plus.
  7. Ability to travel up to 35%.
