Regional Sales Representative

AlysEdwards Tile & Stone is seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing current client accounts while pursuing new sales opportunities.
Your primary focus will be on generating sales, distributing and promoting new product lines, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will also be responsible for analyzing client product needs, growth patterns, and market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service existing accounts to nurture relationships and increase sales
- Source new sales opportunities through research and outreach
- Set up new accounts to increase market share and bolster overall sales volume
- Analyze client product needs and market trends to identify new sales opportunities
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries and resolve any concerns or complaints
Requirements:
- Sales experience in the tile and stone industry or a related field
- Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Positive attitude, highly motivated, and personable
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Ability to interact with people on all levels and communicate effectively
