Job Overview

ICP Group is a leading formulator and manufacturer of specialty coatings, adhesives, and sealants serving the construction and industrial end markets. We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Representative to join our team and serve as a key sales representative in the Mid Atlantic region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for direct buying customers and key influencers in the Pittsburg and Richmond, VA market
  • Develop and execute a written business development plan to drive sales growth in the assigned territory
  • Travel extensively to meet with customers, provide product training, and identify new sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Regularly review sales and lead generation reports to identify market trends and opportunities
Requirements
  • Proven sales track record with a focus on cold-calling and business development
  • Exceptional verbal, presentation, and training skills
  • Ability to work independently with new and existing clients to overcome sales objections
  • Construction experience as an installer, especially in roofing and roof coating products, is a major plus
  • Strong understanding of project specification processes and ability to read/write specifications
