Job Summary

As a Sales Representative at A. Rifkin Co., you will play a key role in meeting company sales objectives by working closely with Regional Sales Managers to drive sales growth. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and contact accounts, utilizing your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the Live system, phone system, and other internal tools to manage and contact accounts.
  • Meet or exceed daily call quotas and target accounts assigned by RSM.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure new and increased business accounts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products and changes to existing products to effectively communicate their value to customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of telemarketing experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced reasoning abilities, including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to lift bags for examination, up to 10 lbs.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to type with moderate manual dexterity.
