Regional Sales Representative

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, proven sales experience, and organizational skills. This role requires frequent travel to engage with potential clients and sell DealerFLEX's hospitality and transportation services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage with potential clients within the automotive dealership sector
Develop and execute an effective sales plan focusing on new business
Manage the full sales cycle from prospect to close
Develop, maintain, and grow a continuous sales pipeline
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market conditions
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote DealerFLEX services
Qualifications
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Willingness to travel locally to meet with clients and attend industry events
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
Attention to detail for capturing all prospect interaction notes into CRM
Ability and willingness to travel - be a road warrior
Action-oriented approach with demonstrated history of exceeding sales goals
Proven track record of sales success in the automotive or related industry
Compensation
$70,000-$90,000 base salary
Commission package including commissions and bonus opportunities
