Crimson Industries is a leading company in the metal industry, seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources Clerk. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our personnel management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely and accurately create payroll using DATEV Lohn und Gehalt, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Provide expert consultation to employees on social security, tax, and labor law matters, as well as internal policies and collective agreements.
  • Record and maintain master and movement data in the time management program (tisoware), ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Independently process personnel-related tasks, such as contract creation, references, and other administrative duties.
  • Prepare and analyze statistics, provisions, and year-end tasks, providing valuable insights to management.
  • Correspond with authorities and social security institutions, ensuring seamless communication and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training, with further training as a personnel specialist desirable.
  • Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting, with in-depth knowledge of social security, wage tax, and labor law.
  • Proficient in DATEV Lohn und Gehalt and common MS Office applications, with fluency in German and knowledge of English an advantage.
