If you're a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting and enjoys driving positive process changes, this could be the role for you The Sr. HR Generalist will - Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. - Manage full cycle recruiting, from job posting to onboarding. - Manage all aspects of employee benefits, disability, workers' compensation, and FMLA claims. - Process data for pre-boarding, onboarding, benefit administration, and timekeeping. - Coordinate and support the performance review process. - Identify and implement employee development initiatives. - Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local, state, and federal laws. - Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. The Sr. HR Generalist will possess - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in human resources with a focus on generalist responsibilities. - Experience in the public sector, nonprofit, or mental health is preferred. - Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. - Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
