Regional Sales Representative

Mighty Meals is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing leads within the health and wellness sector, conducting persuasive sales calls, and providing exceptional customer service to drive sales growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Sales Calls: Conduct informative and persuasive sales calls to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services.
- Onboarding: Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and providing necessary support to facilitate their integration with our products and services.
- Client Retention: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and concerns, and providing ongoing support to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through proactive sales efforts and exceptional customer service.
- Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or flexible work environment.
- Knowledge or interest in health and wellness products and services is preferred.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and access to necessary communication tools.
- Comfortable working on a commission-only basis with compensation based on performance.
- Flat rates per client sign-up.
- 2% of net sales for each retained client.
- Additional incentives for exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
