Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue leads through various channels, including networking and referrals.
  • Sales Calls: Conduct informative and persuasive sales calls to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Onboarding: Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and providing necessary support to facilitate their integration with our products and services.
  • Client Retention: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and concerns, and providing ongoing support to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through proactive sales efforts and exceptional customer service.
  • Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or flexible work environment.
  • Knowledge or interest in health and wellness products and services is preferred.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and access to necessary communication tools.
  • Comfortable working on a commission-only basis with compensation based on performance.
Compensation
  • Flat rates per client sign-up.
  • 2% of net sales for each retained client.
  • Additional incentives for exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
