Position Overview:

Remote Opportunity - Florida and Alabama Region.

Focus on Tampa, Orlando, or Gainesville.

We are a leading manufacturer and distributor specializing in food ingredients and components.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and cultivate both existing and prospective business opportunities within the independent and corporate food service sectors, restaurants, specialty shops, and convenience stores to meet sales and profit objectives.

Formulate strategic plans, presentations, execution frameworks, promotional initiatives, and operational procedures in collaboration with the Director of Sales.

Engage with selected Regional Brokers to establish sales targets and priorities for each account, driving revenue growth.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in sales within the food sector, particularly with food service, specialty, convenience stores, and independent accounts.
  • Strong grasp of the sales process and market dynamics.
  • Self-motivated individual with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach.
  • Experience with brokers and distributors.
  • Proficient in Excel and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Highly driven to secure business opportunities and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients quickly. Travel Requirement: Approximately 50%+ within the region.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range of $75-100K, plus a quarterly bonus based on key performance indicators (KPI) such as sales volume, customer acquisition, sales turnover, and CRM utilization.
