Job Summary

The Direct Auto Area Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational and sales processes of direct auto purchases within a specific metropolitan region. This role plays a critical part in enhancing direct auto lending by actively identifying and onboarding new vendors to join the Lendmark Financial Services dealer network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, onboard, and manage new direct auto dealers
  • Maintain and nurture dealer relationships
  • Provide training to dealer personnel
  • Keep senior leaders informed about industry trends
  • Address dealer service issues
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Manage risk associated with the position
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in outside sales or a related field
  • Ability to effectively present products, negotiate, and close deals
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to effectively service and retain dealers
Compensation
  • The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 annually, based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications
  • This position is eligible for quarterly incentive compensation based on individual and company performance
