Position Overview

Reliability & Performance Technologies (R&P) is seeking a seasoned professional to become a vital part of our team. As a small-sized defense contractor, we specialize in Engineering, Logistics, Program Management, and Technical Services for government clients.

Role Summary: We are in search of a highly experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to thrive in a dynamic and stimulating work environment, providing essential support to the Front Office of a significant ship acquisition initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly assist the Program Manager, ensuring seamless operations as an Executive Assistant.
  • Manage the calendar, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders to arrange meetings.
  • Prepare and deliver briefing materials, manage schedule adjustments, and create comprehensive daily and weekly schedule binders.
  • Facilitate meetings, escort visitors, and handle correspondence efficiently.
  • Collaborate with program office personnel to develop briefings, point papers, and responses to action items.
  • Guide and mentor junior and mid-level Executive Assistants in their responsibilities.
  • Maintain organizational rosters and work closely with supporting and supported organizations to track changes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience providing administrative support to Navy or DoD Senior Principals (mandatory).
  • Active DoD Security Clearance is required.
  • High proficiency in MS Office and calendar management is essential.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with U.S. Navy correspondence requirements.
  • Previous experience as a Navy Yeoman CPO/PO1 or in an administrative rating.
