Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Prospect and build relationships with key decision-makers within client companies to increase program penetration.
- Research and provide product recommendations to clients, including virtual and physical samples.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales orders, and customer communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and account coordinators, to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
- Participate in presentations, meetings, and industry trade shows to promote iPromo's products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in promotional product sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in prospecting and building relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop) is a plus.
