The Sales and Marketing Operations Coordinator is an integral part of Health Coalition's internal Sales Team, tasked with providing essential support and assistance to enhance outreach efforts aimed at generating sales and potential leads. This role is pivotal in maintaining customer satisfaction through meticulous and efficient work processes. Effective interaction with both customers and team members is crucial for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, manage customer accounts, and organize documentation through the e-CRM system.
- Analyze sales trends and collaborate with account managers to formulate effective sales strategies.
- Timely creation and processing of orders, including handling rush requests and reviewing pending orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Exhibit strong teamwork skills to facilitate workflow across various departments such as Accounting, Marketing, Purchasing, and Warehouse.
- Conduct thorough online research, utilizing industry-specific information, academic resources, and diverse internet tools.
- Oversee customer accounts, providing follow-up for administrative tasks and troubleshooting assistance regarding orders and account statuses.
- Execute data entry tasks related to sales metrics and maintain an organized filing system, ensuring accessibility of information such as product availability and pricing.
- Support administrative functions for the company’s executives and management teams.
- Demonstrate telemarketing and active listening skills to conduct outbound calls and assist in lead generation efforts.
- Prepare various reports, respond to information requests, and coordinate meetings and conference calls.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Outstanding customer service abilities, including effective listening and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher are advantageous).
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.

- A collaborative team player, dedicated to the organization’s goals and objectives.

Education and Experience:
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience.

- Standard work schedule from Monday to Friday.
- Onsite work required.
