Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator will collaborate with the Sales Team to facilitate internal and external communications, as well as administrative reporting duties. This role will provide sales support to the sales management team, involving the planning, development, and implementation of initiatives to promote Solis Health Plans within our community and among our provider and strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and track sales data from various resources to create accurate sales trend analysis
  • Maintain accurate lists for prospective sources and distribute them as directed by the Director
  • Attend strategic sales meetings, recording minutes as needed
  • Assist with agent contracting, reporting distribution, and internal/external communication
  • Prepare and log daily appointment proposals
  • Maintain sales and marketing supplies
  • Research and resolve routine sales, claims, and benefit issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Generate various sales reports in different timeframes, including daily reports on sales applications processed
  • Coordinate and extend agent onboarding documents (Certification information)
  • Accurately input all paper enrollments/fax applications received into the designated portal
  • Track the quotas and goals of each member of the sales team and report weekly and as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma; 1 year of related experience; or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background
  • Experience using Microsoft applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
