About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Sales Coordinator to join our team in the mid-west or Eastern U.S. This role is a key position in our sales organization, responsible for driving retail sales and increasing market share through effective execution of merchandising guidelines, marketing activities, and business management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize retail sales through point of sales execution and proactive monitoring of stock issues
  • Provide regular market feedback to management on competition, product movement, brand position, challenges, and growth opportunities
  • Keep up-to-date with market conditions and trends, supporting the team with new product launch strategies and information
  • Maintain excellent customer relations between the brand and retailer
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports on retail sales and analysis, communicating potential opportunities
  • Align with the sell-in team on optimal stock levels based on SKU sales potential
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of business experience in marketing, sales, and/or customer relations
  • Availability to travel 50%
