Key Responsibilities- Maximize retail sales through point of sales execution and proactive monitoring of stock issues
- Provide regular market feedback to management on competition, product movement, brand position, challenges, and growth opportunities
- Keep up-to-date with market conditions and trends, supporting the team with new product launch strategies and information
- Maintain excellent customer relations between the brand and retailer
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on retail sales and analysis, communicating potential opportunities
- Align with the sell-in team on optimal stock levels based on SKU sales potential
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of business experience in marketing, sales, and/or customer relations
- Availability to travel 50%
