HOURS: Monday through Friday

Partners For Quality Inc. is a dedicated non-profit organization providing social services, primarily located in Robinson Township. As the administrative hub for multiple subsidiaries, we deliver essential support services including Fiscal, Payroll, HR, and IT. Our subsidiaries focus on offering community-based assistance to individuals with intellectual disabilities and behavioral health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the welcoming face of the organization, greeting all visitors, staff, and job candidates in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming phone communications, directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist various departments including Human Resources and Fiscal with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and report preparation.
  • Maintain an organized reception area that reflects the professionalism of the organization.
  • Oversee inventory management for office supplies, ensuring all areas are adequately stocked.
  • Support the executive team with written communications and project management tasks.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations while meeting deadlines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred Associate or Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Experience in supporting individuals with disabilities is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Must possess necessary clearances and reliable transportation.
