Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Appointment Coordinator to join our team at Integrated Pain Management, Boomerang Healthcare. This full-time role is essential in facilitating patient interactions and ensuring smooth scheduling of approved treatments and procedures.

Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • Day Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM (40 hours per week)
  • No weekends, no overtime, and no on-call duties.

Role Responsibilities:
The Patient Appointment Coordinator is responsible for:
  • Establishing contact with patients to schedule their appointments.
  • Ensuring all necessary accommodations for patient visits are arranged and approved.
  • Collaborating with the Authorizations team for internal approvals.
  • Proficiently managing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) to update and input relevant data.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Compensation:
The hourly pay range for this position is between $19.00 and $22.00, based on experience and qualifications.
