Position Overview:

  • Manage front office functions, including appointment management, welcoming patients, and verifying insurance information.
  • Keep patient records current, adhere to confidentiality protocols, and work closely with medical staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Guarantee adherence to healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and OSHA compliance.
  • Process billing, manage insurance claims, and ensure the accuracy of charge submissions according to payer requirements.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a medical office or healthcare environment.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and basic electronic medical record (EMR) and billing systems.

What We Provide:

  • Competitive pay ranging from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour.
  • Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Employment type: Contract to hire.
