About the Role

The Oregon Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Patient Services Specialist to join our Gastroenterology West division in SW Portland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our physicians and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patient charts and schedules for appointments and procedures
  • Process check-out orders and assist check-in staff with patient arrivals as needed
  • Schedule appointments and obtain and complete insurance information
  • Answer phones and update records as needed
  • Perform additional duties as required, including clinic check-ins and scheduling
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous medical front office experience
  • Prior experience with EMR systems preferred
  • EPIC knowledge and ASC experience a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, staff, and providers
