We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Orthodontic Treatment Specialist to enhance patient interactions and support our orthodontic team.

This role is essential in fostering positive experiences for our patients by engaging with them and collaborating with orthodontists to present tailored treatment options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet new patients warmly and with enthusiasm.
  • Assess patients' health and medical histories to understand their treatment objectives.
  • Assist orthodontists during examinations, documenting relevant information in patient records.
  • Educate patients on their treatment plans using various tools, including visual aids.
  • Generate follow-up correspondence for referring dentists after initial consultations.
  • Maintain communication with patients who are prepared to begin their treatment journey.
  • Act as a liaison between orthodontists and other dental professionals.
  • Compile monthly reports on performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental or orthodontic setting is preferred.
  • Experience in professional sales is advantageous.
  • Prior experience as a Treatment Coordinator is a plus.
  • Familiarity with dental treatment plans and insurance protocols is preferred.
  • Certification as a Dental Assistant is beneficial.
  • Leadership experience is a valuable asset.
