Key Responsibilities- Schedule appointments for new and established patients in a timely and efficient manner
- Obtain and complete insurance information for patients
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Update patient records as needed
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Minimum 1 year of medical front office experience
- Knowledge of basic computer applications, with proficiency in Microsoft Suite preferred
- Excellent phone skills and customer service skills
- Excellent attendance and work ethic
- Positive attitude and desire to be a team player
