YOUR ROLE AS A DENTAL FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

This full-time position generally operates Tuesday through Friday, ensuring every weekend is a 3-day weekend.

In this entry-level role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our patients feel valued and our office functions seamlessly. With a focus on exceptional customer service, you will warmly welcome patients both on the phone and in person, addressing their needs promptly. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, processing payments, updating insurance information, and following up on claims, all aimed at facilitating a smooth experience for our patients in receiving outstanding dental care. Your contribution to enhancing patient satisfaction is invaluable.
