Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and greeting patients
  • Collecting co-pays and managing patient payments
  • Managing insurance information and verifying patient coverage
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's schedule
  • Updating patient records and maintaining accurate and up-to-date information
  • Assisting with other tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical front office or administrative role
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to provide excellent patient care
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals
