We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Services Specialist to join our Gastroenterology West division at The Oregon Clinic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our physicians and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare patient charts and maintain accurate records
- Schedule appointments and procedures, including preps and CRNA walk-in evaluations
- Process check-out orders and assist check-in staff with patient arrivals
- Perform additional duties such as clinic check-ins, scheduling appointments, and updating records
- Minimum of 2 years of previous medical front office experience
- Prior experience with EMR systems preferred
- EPIC knowledge a plus
- ASC experience a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent attendance and work ethic
- Positive attitude and desire to be a team player
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, staff, and providers
