Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Thursday, 7am-5pm

Role Overview:
The Orthodontic Treatment Specialist plays a crucial role in fostering positive patient interactions by collaborating with orthodontists to present tailored treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet new patients warmly and enthusiastically.
- Evaluate patients' health and medical histories to understand their treatment goals.
- Assist orthodontists during examinations, documenting relevant information in patient charts.
- Discuss treatment plans with patients, utilizing educational tools such as videos and presentations.
- Generate correspondence for initial consultations and follow-up examinations.
- Follow up with patients ready to commence treatment.
- Act as a liaison between the orthodontist and other dental professionals.
- Prepare monthly reports on key performance indicators.
Candidate Profile:
- You are an outgoing and confident individual with a strong passion for patient care.
- Goal-oriented with a robust work ethic, focused on contributing to practice growth.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring patients feel comfortable.
- You are observant, a good listener, and exhibit natural leadership qualities.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a dental or orthodontic office is preferred.
- Experience in professional sales is advantageous.
- Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator is a plus.
- Familiarity with dental treatment plans and insurance processes is preferred.
- Certification as a Dental Assistant is beneficial.
- Leadership experience is a valuable asset.
