Position Summary:

We are on the lookout for a proactive and seasoned sales professional in the financial services sector to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in finance and business development. This role entails engaging with investors to drive the growth of our investment funds and startups, ensuring optimal returns for our ecosystem.

Our offerings include on-chain investment products that seamlessly integrate the advantages of liquid markets with traditional illiquid assets, achieved through a hybrid structure of open-ended and closed-ended entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute investment strategies to meet targeted fund performance.
  • Oversee and manage investment portfolios to align with established objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to uncover investment opportunities.
  • Manage the daily operations of investment funds, ensuring adherence to regulations and internal policies.
  • Build and sustain relationships with investors, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with investment portfolios.
  • Implement strategies for effective risk management and diversification.
  • Lead and coordinate investment syndicates, facilitating collaboration among multiple investors.
  • Identify and leverage emerging market trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and launch new investment funds tailored to emerging market segments.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, providing insights and updates on their investments.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the deal flow submission and review process, coordinating with founders.
  • Engage with the investor community to ensure alignment of investment thesis, stage, geography, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in sales or business development, with the confidence to articulate your perspective.
  • Prior exposure to investors is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of innovative technologies and investment opportunities.
  • Experience in building and scaling online communities is a significant plus.
  • Skills:
  • Essential business development capabilities and investor relationship management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and investment management tools.
  • Knowledge:
  • Thorough understanding of investment principles, financial markets, and economic trends.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the investment sector.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as Series 6, 7, Series 63, or CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst) are highly desirable.

Note: This position operates on a commission-only basis for the initial three months.
