Job Overview:

As a Healthcare Solutions Specialist at CosignMed, you will play a pivotal role in supporting medical professionals and healthcare facilities in the effective utilization of our advanced Uterine Ablation System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive case coverage assistance to physicians, hospital personnel, and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal product application.
  • Availability to cover cases within a 100-mile radius, including local and surrounding areas.
  • Collaborate with the Territory Sales Manager to provide clinical and case support during product evaluations for potential clients.
  • Stay informed on the latest product literature and industry advancements.
  • Address all product-related inquiries or concerns promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests within a 24-hour timeframe.
  • Complete all necessary reports on a weekly basis.
  • Adhere to all vendor credentialing policies of healthcare facilities within the territory.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate case coverage as requested by area representatives.
  • Case volume may vary weekly based on territorial demands.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree, RN, Physician Assistant, or Certified Medical Technician, Surgical Scrub Tech.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in medical devices or operating room settings is preferred.
  • Experience related to gynecology or surgery is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
