Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and maintain the daily schedules of multiple C-Level Executives.
  • Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and various documents that align with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate with project leads to monitor progress and ensure alignment with executive priorities.
  • Draft and proofread internal and external communications.
  • Facilitate effective communication between executives and key stakeholders.
  • Organize travel arrangements for executives and their teams.
  • Plan and execute meetings of varying scales.
